The Lake Meadow Art-Fair, was originally organized by Dr, Margaret G, Burroughs and her husband Charles in 1958. Dr. Burroughs is 4, 5 and 6th at top... Dr Burroughs and her deceased husband was also one of the founders of the DuSable Museum of African American History.
